Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to the email address that you entered when your order was placed. It is therefore important that you enter your correct email address when placing an order. The order confirmation also serves as your proof of purchase. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. If you didn’t get an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at: email@example.com
You will also receive a physical receipt with your order.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
We offer free shipping worldwide. We operate Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish public holidays. We send all our items from Stockholm within 1-2 days via DHL or Postnord priority mail - which is our free shipping option. It is not possible to track your order with Postnord priority mail. Delivery time in Sweden is 1-2 business days. The estimated time of delivery outside Scandinavia is 3-12 business days. If you prefer a faster delivery option and/or with a tracking number you need to select shipping with DHL at checkout.
From Form Travel Essentials use Swedish krona (SEK) as default fixed currency. Every product is shown including 25% VAT (Swedish tax).
There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa®, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and PayPal.
The card payment system used by From Form Travel Essentials is developed by Stripe. All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment option where payment is made directly to Klarna: Pay within 14 days. Payment time is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. The terms of payment within 14 days can be found here.
In order for us to be able to offer you Klarna's payment method, we need to share some of your personal information with Klarna, such as contact and order information. The use of these data is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law and Klarna's data protection policy.
According to the Swedish distance selling law you have 14 days to return your items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after you received your items. Please include your order number and state your reason for return. We will then contact you with the proper instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We suggest you use a postal service that ensures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages. Please note that due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept a return of used merchandised. Your items must also be in its original packaging.
Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 5 business days.
Please note that the prices shown on our website include Swedish/EU VAT and that customers outside of Europe might be prompted to pay local customs fees and/or VAT. From Form Travel Essentials is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
From Form Travel Essentials is working in accordance with the Swedish personal data act (PUL) and GDPR (General Data Inspection Regulation) and we do not collect personal data without your consent. When shopping at email@example.com we may collect the personal information you provide us when making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter as well as data collected by cookies. From Form Travel Essentials treats all personal information confidential and nothing is passed on to a third party.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
